Researched and prototyped data synchronization strategies for TruRep's Team System, which lets a coach manage up to 20 athletes from one team device with dashboards, player stats, and multi-profile support
Compared real-time vs. batch sync, tested offline/Wi-Fi reconnection with local queuing, and recommended solutions for efficient cross-device communication, platform compatibility, and reliable real-time data handling for TruRep's Team System
Tested feature branches with the Xcode emulator, verifying stability and debugging runtime issues
Served as project manager for the RevCat initiative, analyzing subscription metrics, optimizing paywall logic, and refining revenue strategy
Contributed to the development of starter architecture and skeleton code for TruRep's Android application
