Role & Responsibilities:
- Researched and prototyped data synchronization strategies for TruRep's Team System, which lets a coach manage up to 20 athletes from one team device with dashboards, player stats, and multi-profile support
- Compared real-time vs. batch sync, tested offline/Wi-Fi reconnection with local queuing, and recommended solutions for efficient cross-device communication, platform compatibility, and reliable real-time data handling for TruRep's Team System
- Tested feature branches with the Xcode emulator, verifying stability and debugging runtime issues
- Served as project manager for the RevCat initiative, analyzing subscription metrics, optimizing paywall logic, and refining revenue strategy
- Contributed to the development of starter architecture and skeleton code for TruRep's Android application
